ABOUT
The concept includes the renovation of the existing building and the addition of new buildings on the land.
Design proposes the arrangement of classical accommodation facilities in an existing building. The new facilities consists of the ground floor flexible accommodation units that are in contact with natural surroundings. The third option is camping in nature. The accommodation program is complemented by service and administrative premises, a restaurant and a multipurpose hall. The arrangement of the surroundings with terraces, various ambiences, passages and indigenous vegetation together wit the built constitutes a composite unit suitable for different types of users.
